The 'quad mode' seems the brightest mode. Could be my perception. Very durable construction. Great charging system.
You have to point one side of the LEDS squarely facing oncoming traffic, otherwise they'll be angled and less visible. Also the 'quad mode' is IMHO 3 flashes per cycle.
Tough, Bright Emergency Essential

Question from Paul:
Answer from Pegasus:Approximately 6 hours on a full charge.
Question from Vance willey:
Answer from Pegasus:Vance, Per the manufacturer, it is recommended that the LED emergency road flare battery should be charged every 90 days if not used. The battery should first be run completely down and then re-charge prior to storage. A charged battery will hold a charge for a year but at that 1 year mark a portion of the charge will drain off the battery. It is also recommended that the flare be stored in a cool place, 59°F-80°F
