Ask a Question

Question from Matt:

Can this light be hard wired?

Answer from Pegasus:

Absolutely! You will need to use the slimline hardwire box accessory to hardwire. You may need a flexible connector as well to extend the distance between the pucks and the hardwire box since the pucks' leads are only 3in.

Question from Patty:

Are the light bulbs included or do you have to purchase separately?

Answer from Pegasus:

Each puck light includes the light bulb. Thank you.

Question from Mike Madagan:

need 8 lights with five foot cord to link them is this possible?

Answer from Pegasus:

Mike,This puck light kit comes with a 6ft power cord. Up to 10 puck lights can be daisy-chained together, therefore, you could use a 4-light kit and 4 individual puck lights.https://www.pegasuslighting.com/puck-lights/xenon-line-voltage-puck-light.html

Question from steve lazarus:

Question from Josh:

I removed cabinets in our kitchen and I am in the process of installing floating shelves that are 3.5" wide. I would like to install puck lights in the bottom shelf to illuminate the counter tops. Do you know if these lights can be mounted in this application?

The diameter of the fixture is 2.625in. They can be either surface mounted or recess mounted. Note: We offer them in kits of 1, 2 or 4 light. See Installation Instructions here. https://www.pegasuslighting.com/files/pdfs/xenon-line-voltage-puck-lights-install-instructions.pdf

Question from phil:

I need 3 puck lights, direct wired into 3 separate cabinets; 2-4' apart. how many hard wire boxes and or flexible connectors are needed?

Answer from Pegasus:

Phil, If you have a power connection under each separate cabinet, you will require 3 hard wire boxes and 3 flexible connectors to connect the hardwire box to the puck light.
