These puck lights are the perfect choice for those hard to light spaces anywhere in your home, such as closets, shelves, and workbenches. These LED puck lights are battery-powered, feature a swivel head for accurate light aiming, and the included mounting hardware makes them easy to install. These puck lights have three light settings, so you can select the right amount of light for any area.

These battery powered lights are very easy to install and use. Living in an older home they were purchased because it frees up an outlet. Certainly cheaper than electrical work. They give off enough light under the kitchen cabinets to provide a bright work area. Also like the fact that when the dishes are done you can dim them and still see to leave the room. The other use we found for them is to use one on the nightstand beside the bed. Easier to find that the light switch. And if the power did go out, it's portable.
The way my cabinets are situated I couldn't hard wire in under cabinet puck lighting so I decided to try battery operated. So far, so good. These couldn't be any easier to install - just peel and stick Velcro. They do include a screw to hard mount if you want to go that route. I like the two options of bright/dim. I use dim which is plenty of light. The lighting isn't warm, but that's the nature of LED. Since they hold batteries the profile is a little deeper than traditional puck lights. The bottom lip of our cabinets covers them but just barely. The cove to install/replace batteries is a bit of a bear to get off. I have only had them up for two weeks with limited use so I can't comment on battery life. I went with rechargeables so I wouldn't have to worry about it. I would definitely recommend these lights.
