What is the recommended spacing for a bedroom ceiling 8' height? The room is in an attic and the ceiling is shaped like this: /- 2 angled walls meeting a 48in wide ceiling.

For product - 3in Low Voltage Recessed Lighting Trim with Adjustable Gimbal Ring - what is the recommended housing for this as an outdoor fixture? also, is there an LED that has a similar gimbal function rated for outdoor (black or dark housing desired)

Depending on the situation 3 inch New Construction Housing or a Remodel Housing can be used. Open trims are not recommended to be used outdoors however a shower trims can be since they have gasket seal to avoid any moisture entering the housing.
