Question from Tom R:

Before I mate the housing to the back plate do I have to turn AC power supply off by flipping circuit breaker? Once the housing is mated to the back plate I then flip the circuit breaker on, correct?

Answer from Pegasus:

Tom, check out the installation instructions. You first must turn off the AC power. Once you have everything installed, turn the AC back on.

Question from Daaniel Jote Mesfin:

Can I use this product in Africa where the electric voltage is 220?
