Ground Shipping Vs. Air Shipping Caused Major Holiday Problem

I paid for air as I needed them for a holiday party. For some reason they shipped ground to Hawaii and really messed up my Christmas Party. The good news is they refunded the difference in shipping costs. The bad news is they did nothing to try to apologize for the error.
