Since we are absolutely committed to your satisfaction, you have up to 90 days to return your merchandise, no questions asked.
Within the first 45 days of your purchase you will receive a full refund (excluding the cost of shipping) for the merchandise being returned.
After the initial 45-day period, and up to 90 days after your purchase, you will receive a Pegasus Lighting Gift Card (store credit) for the price paid, the current selling price, or the final selling price if no longer sold on our website, of the merchandise being returned (excluding the cost of shipping), whichever is lower.
No Hassle Returns
To return a product, please follow these steps.
- The returned product must be in “like new” condition.
- Use our contact us page on our website to request a return within 90 days of your order date.
- Ship the returned product(s) to us on or before the 90th day from the date of the original delivery.
If items are not returned in “like new” condition (e.g., the product has been installed, damaged, etc.), or items are not sent within 90 days of the original delivery date, the return will be considered an unauthorized return. You will not receive credit for the product and Pegasus Lighting will not ship the product back to you.
We recommend that you return the product using a shipping method that provides you with the ability to track your return. This way you will have confirmation that the merchandise has been received by us. In the event that the returned merchandise is not received, this tracking number will help you to locate the merchandise with your shipper of choice. Pegasus Lighting is not responsible for merchandise that is not received by one of our representatives.
Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned.
Incorrect Or Damaged Orders
If we made a mistake with your order, or it was damaged during shipment, please let us know as soon as you can. We will fix it as soon as possible.
