45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Since we are absolutely committed to your satisfaction, we have a 45-day return policy that enables you to return your product(s) for a complete refund (excluding the cost of shipping), no questions asked.

No Hassle Returns

To return a product, please follow these steps.

  1. The returned product must be in "like new" condition.
  2. Request a return through your customer account on our website or on our Contact Us page within 45 days of your order date.
  3. Ship the returned product(s) to us on or before the 45th day from the date of the original delivery.

If items are not returned in "like new" condition (e.g., the product has been installed, damaged, etc.), or items are not sent within 45 days of the original delivery date, the return will be considered an unauthorized return. You will not receive credit for the product and Pegasus Lighting will not ship the product back

We recommend that you return the product using a shipping method that provides you with the ability to track your return. This way you will have confirmation that the merchandise has been received by us. In the event that the returned merchandise is not received, this tracking number will help you to locate the merchandise with your shipper of choice. Pegasus Lighting is not responsible for merchandise that is not received by one of our representatives.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made or special-order items cannot be returned.

Incorrect or Damaged Orders

If we made a mistake with your order, or it was damaged during shipment, please let us know as soon as you can. We will fix it as soon as possible.
