Check Your Order Status
You can check the status of your order on our website at any time with our dedicated order status page. You will need your order number or email and your billing zip code to check the status. You can also log in to your customer account in our Member Area to view your order history and status.
When you place an order with us you will immediately receive an order confirmation email. This email contains a summary of your order information and your Order Number. If you placed an order on our website, the last page of the checkout process also contains this information. If you would like you can print this order confirmation page for your records.
Additional Order Updates
You may also receive additional order update emails from us as we process your order for shipment.
Shipping Information Email
When your items in your order are ready to ship, you will receive an email providing links to track your package(s).
