I need two COMPACT FLUORESCENT R20 bulbs equivalent to 50 watt incandescent to replace the one in the attached photo, but we do not need dimmable; will this dimmable work in a non-dimming fixture and give the full 50 watt equivalency (and is it the right DIMENSIONS), OR do you have a non-dimming equivalent?

Yes, it will work perfectly fine in a non-dimming fixture and still equal a 50W. I can't tell how long your light bulb is in the picture because the ruler is not aligned. This CFL is 5.1in long.
