Imagine my surprise when she called me back in 10 minutes time! She was courteous, helpful, and reordered the correct light for me while I was talking with her and I received the e mail receipt for the new light while I was still on the phone! I have received updated receipts and information for every transaction as well. I have since gone back to the web site to read more on your company and can say you certainly have fulfilled your mission statement and guiding principles. I will certainly recommend you to all I know based on the quality of your products, web site and outstanding customer service. The lights (Xenon Line Voltage Task Lights) have a piece of thick diffusing glass that goes all the way across them. They don't have circles like the others I've seen. Your xenon line voltage under cabinet task lights were the perfect replacement for the poor quality halogen puck lights I bought several years ago from a nearby home center. Product design is superb. Installation is simple. The hinged lamp cover makes lamp replacement quick, easy and safe. The diffuser glass provides beautifully even illumination on the work surface. The wiring knockouts on the PLXC series allow the fixtures to be butted together and I used all four fixture lengths in various combinations. The distance between bulbs along the different fixtures is very even, so there are no lighting gaps. Support is unparalleled, especially your web site. There's no other web site that provides as much useful information to the nonprofessional lighting customer. It's all there, from complete descriptions of the general types of lighting, to installation tips for specific products. I could only find one other provider of line voltage xenon task lighting on the Internet — at twice the price.
