Remote Control Dimmer
Questions & Answers
By Justin from New York on December 3, 2014
When you use the remote control what part of the kit "receives" the signal from the remote? The light fixture itself? The driver or the dimmer unit?

I already have the light installed but want to add the dimmer function but I currently have the transformer buried out of sight and would like to do the same with the dimmer module but I want to make sure the light fixture will still dim.

Justin, the remote works on radio frequency so it can work through surfaces.

The dimmer module, the part that connects to the output of the driver, receives the signal.
