Picture lights

The long cylinder with bulbs in it depends on balance to stay straight. One little bump and they just flop/tilt from side to side unless you tape or put a drop of glue behind it. I did that. The tightening screw only works on extending them in or out over the painting. The cord is of a good length with the switch near the floor, so if it's on a timer (mine is) that's ok. But if not, and your electric plug is behind a cabinet or sofa, not so convenient.
Pros:
The slim look and I was able to repaint to match my painting frame
Cons:
Loose floppy light tube frame. Plug at the end of the cord.
