75-Watt PAR30 Long Neck Halogen Light Bulbs

We have had some early failures on these lamps, though it may be to fixture or voltage variations in our building. We did experience poor shipping service with our last order. Usually, shipping is within a day or two of placing the order, but with the last order, we had not received the merchandise or a shipping notice a week after the order was entered, and I called to see what the status was. The lady I first talked to seemed unconcerned that it hadn't been shipped in a week, so I asked for a manager. The manager offered a perfunctory apology and shipped the merchandise by second day air at no additional cost, but it was still irritating that she, too, didn't seem particularly concerned that the order had not been shipped in a week. The company dropped several level of height in my estimation.
