Description of our 900-Watt 12 and 24-Volt Outdoor Magnetic Transformer

This 900-watt outdoor magnetic transformer includes a metal enclosure to conveniently store all electrical connections. It will power your 12-volt or 24-volt halogen or xenon lighting systems. When powering 12-volt systems, this is a 4-circuit transformer. When powering 24-volt systems, this is a 2-circuit transformer.

• Uses: used to power 12-volt or 24-volt halogen or 12V or 24V xenon lighting systems [Caution: Not recommended for low voltage cable lighting systems that use cables suspended between walls to support and power decorative low voltage light fixtures hanging from the cables.]
• Outdoor and Indoor Use: this transformer can be used both indoors and outdoors
• Designed for Four 12-Volt Circuits: when this outdoor magnetic transformer is powering 12-volt lighting systems, it is a 4-circuit transformer with a maximum load of 180 watts per circuit
• Designed for Two 24-Volt Circuits: when this outdoor magnetic transformer is powering 24-volt lighting systems, it is a 2-circuit transformer with a maximum load of 360 watts per circuit
• Maximum Load: 360 watts maximum of lighting load per circuit for 24-volt systems and 180 watts maximum of lighting load per circuit for 12-volt systems. Like most magnetic transformers, these transformers should be used to power about 80% of their wattage rating. [Caution: Always attach the load to the transformer before connecting the transformer to power.]
