Description of LED Backlighting Light Box

This low profile backlit lightbox features a quick grip frame and LED lighting. Although it appears to be backlit, the LED frame is actually illuminated from each edge. Ideal for backlighting transparent photos, artwork, signs, movie posters, or graphic displays for trade show booths, restaurants, hotels, museum exhibits, and retail displays. It is also used for tracing, as well as viewing and sorting slides and transparencies.

FRAME

• Lightweight Aluminum Frame: lightweight all-aluminum construction with brushed black finish
• Low Profile: only 1in thick
• Quick Grip Frame: the Quick Grip poster frame makes it a "snap" to insert, retain, and then remove graphics; no tools required; just pull the inside edge of each side of the spring-loaded frame away from the graphic while it remains hinged on the outside
• Cool Surface: lit surface stays cool
• One-Sided: one side of the lightbox is backlit
• Versatile Mounting: can be hung on a wall in portrait or landscape orientation

LIGHT SOURCE

• Light Source: uses LED edge-lit technology (White LEDs are located in the edge of the light box; however, the transparency appears to be backlit.)
• LED Life: 80,000 - 100,000 hours on average
• Bright Illumination: very bright and very even illumination due to state-of-the art glass technology
• Brightness Level: 3500 lux (lux is a measure of luminous emittance; one lux = one lumen/square meter or about 325 ft-candles)

ELECTRICAL FEATURES

• Very Energy Efficient: only 10-15 watts
• On/Off Rocker Switch: located on outside edge of frame
• Cord & Plug: 6ft cord with a 2-prong polarized plug-in transformer
