Description of LED Color Changing Step Light Kit

Use a hand-held remote control to set your desired mode on these step lights. This step light kit includes 10 lights but is completely expandable. It's approved for indoor or outdoor use.

STEP LIGHT KIT

• 10 Color Changing LED Step Lights: kit includes ten color changing LED step lights, each LED step light is capable of showing multiple colors depending on the mode selected on the controller. Colors include white, yellow, red, green, light blue, blue, and violet.
• Color Changing Controller: kit includes a color changing controller that should be mounted in a convenient dry location; used for selecting color and speed modes
• Hand Held Remote Control: includes a battery-operated hand-held IR remote control for easy access and convenience; uses a CR2025 battery (included)
• Plug-In Transformer: one 12-volt plug-in electronic transformer with a 6ft cord is included; should be located in a dry location
• Extension Cable: one 49.2ft extension cable that connects the controller to the "first" LED step light is included
• Step Light Dimensions: the outside diameter of the visible portion of each color-changing LED step light is 30mm (1-3/16in); the inside diameter of the face of the step light is 21mm (27/32in); the diameter of the imbedded "stem" is 15/16in; and the length of the "stem" is 1.25in. Each LED step light which is pre-wired with a 38in electrical cable.
• Expandable to 30 LED Step Lights: LED step light kit may be expanded to 15 step lights by purchasing 5 more individual LED step lights and add them on to original 10 color changing step lights. The LED step light kit may be expanded to 16-30 step lights by purchasing one additional extension cable (for the second port on the controller) and the appropriate number of individual color changing step lights. The transformer that is included can power up to 30 step lights. The additional extension cable and the LED color changing step lights can be purchased on the Accessories tab.

CONTROLLER SETTINGS

• 3 Speeds: change speed of color changing to fast, medium, or slow
• 15 Colors: 15 preset colors
• 9 Step Dimmer: change light level of the white color only

ELECTRICAL FEATURES

• Excellent LED Rated Life: the rated life of the LEDs is 50,000 hrs on average
• May be Used Outdoors: multi-colored LED step lights are IP66 approved, water and dust resistant

INSTALLATION

• Easy to Install: please refer to these Installation Instructions (PDF). Drill a 15/16in hole for each LED step light and feed the step light cable through each hole to the next step light connection; then connect the "last" step light to the extension cable, which, in turn is plugged into the controller; then connect the transformer to the controller and plug the transformer into an electrical outlet.
