Good replacement for energy saving

This was a good replacement for 300 watt halogen bulbs. Not quite as bright, but around half the energy usage.
Pros:
Better energy efficiency. Compatible with existing socket. Xenon light is very close to halogen (fluorescent and LED are not). Does not get as hot as a halogen bulb.
Cons:
Light seemed a little more blue tinted than halogen, but very minor. Wish it had a higher wattage type to fully replace the common 300 watt halogen bulbs. (this is equivalent to a 250 watt bulb)
