We make every effort to make our website a learning experience in lighting and our customer service so outstanding that you won't soon forget it. Hours of Operation

Normal business hours are Monday through Friday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time (ET).

Our offices, and customer service department, are closed on the following holidays:

  • New Year's Day
  • Memorial Day
  • Independence Day (July 4th)
  • Labor Day
  • Thanksgiving Day
  • Day after Thanksgiving (offices are closed but we do have limited customer service hours from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM ET).
  • Christmas Day

Human Voices

If you choose to call us, our goal is to always have a real human answer your call. However, on occasion, when all of our Customer Service Reps are busy, your call will be answered by our automated phone system, which will give you the opportunity to select from these options:

  • Transfer directly to one of our employees if you know his/her 3-digit extension.
  • Transfer to our accounting personnel for any billing-related questions.
  • Transfer to our technical support personnel for technical questions about our lighting products.
  • Be placed on hold for a short time until one of our representatives is free to answer your call.
  • Leave a voice message with your name, phone number, and the reason for your call so that one of us can return your call just as soon as possible.
