FREE Standard Shipping on Orders Over $25 (US48)
Pegasus Lighting offers $0.00 flat rate shipping for orders over $25 being shipped within the contiguous United States using our Standard (3-7 business days) shipping method. Orders below $25 will receive the low shipping rate of $4.99. Shipments to Alaska or Hawaii and all other locations outside of the United States, and some products due to their size (e.g., UV Tube Guards, Case of Colored Tube Covers, and Magnetic Transformers), are not eligible for the $0.00 or the $4.99 promotional flat rate Standard shipping.
Please refer to each product's availability statement to determine that product's shipping schedule. We are very sorry but we do not ship any order to be received via UPS-Saturday delivery. Once your order has been packed and is ready for pickup by our Shipper, you will receive an Order Status email with tracking information. Please note that we do not ship on the following 8 holidays: New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Eve.
Cost of Shipping
The cost to ship your order will be added to the Subtotal to obtain the Total Amount Due.
On occasion the various parts of a particular order may be shipped from two or more warehouse locations. When this happens we will give you advanced notification of this through the various Order Status emails that we send to you and in our online Order Status system. We ship across the world using the US Postal Service's Priority Mail International and Express Mail International shipping methods. This Credit Application should accompany your first Purchase Order along with your company’s Sales Tax Certificate for your state if you intend to resell the lighting products. Typically we need 1-2 weeks to review your application, check your credit references, and respond. In addition to credit cards, PayPal, and debit cards we also accept wire transfers, money orders, cashier's checks, business checks, and personal checks.

A charge of $25.00 will be assessed on each check returned by the bank because of “Non-Sufficient Funds” (NSF).
Pegasus Lighting has its warehouse located in western PA with offices located in PA, NC, and TX; therefore, we are required to collect sales tax for these three states.
North Carolina Sales Tax
Calculation of NC Sales Tax: If you or your company are/is a resident of North Carolina or if the shipping address is located in North Carolina, then Pegasus Lighting is required to add a 6.75% Sales Tax to the Subtotal of your order (cost of lighting products plus the cost of shipping).
NC Sales Tax Exemption Certificate
If your company or organization is located in the state of North Carolina and you want it to be exempt from paying North Carolina Sales Tax, please print out the NC Sales Tax Exemption Certificate (PDF), complete it, and then fax it to 724.846.8833. Once your NC Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is on file in our office you will have to call to place your order at our toll-free number, 800.392.4818. If you want to be exempted from paying NC sales tax, you should not place your order with the shopping cart system on our website.
Pennsylvania Sales Tax

We are always happy to provide you with our best large quantity pricing. Typically we need 1-3 business days to respond. If you need a quotation for a large quantity faster than this, please make that clear with your request.
Prices are subject to change and availability. However, orders will be filled at the prices in effect on the date your order is received.
Large Quantity Discount
If you would like us to quote on a large quantity of one of our products, please use the Quotation Request for Large Quantities form. We are always happy to provide you with our best large quantity pricing. After you have completed this form simply click the “Submit Request” button and it will be emailed to us. You should receive a response from us within 1-2 business days and sometimes sooner.
Lowest Price Protection Policy
If within 30 days of your purchase from Pegasus Lighting, you find the identical product advertised for less by one of our online competitors, we will match that price and refund 10% of the price difference to you.
Please note that our low price guarantee applies only to the exact same item with the same styling and options and with the same product SKU from the same manufacturer. Comparison products must be factory firsts. The online competitor must also be an authorized dealer of the product represented. The price must be from a published source and/or you must have a written quote from a competitor. Price adjustments are determined by the selling price of the item. Shipping costs and sales tax will not be included in the calculation. 3 Simple Steps - Returns
If items are not returned in "factory fresh", new, condition (e.g., the product has been installed, damaged, etc.), or items are not sent within 45 days of the original delivery date, the return will be considered an unauthorized return. The customer will not receive credit for the product and Pegasus Lighting will not ship the product back to the customer.
We strongly recommend that you return the product using either UPS or FedEx. In addition, we suggest that you keep the tracking number provided to you until you have confirmation that the merchandise has been received by Pegasus Lighting. This will help you to locate the merchandise with your shipper of choice if it is not delivered to Pegasus Lighting. If you do use the US Postal Service to return your merchandise we strongly recommend that you add either a Return Receipt or Signature Confirmation service to your package(s). Because electrical codes can and do vary from location to location it is wise to consult with a certified electrician in your geographical area about any electrical details that you might have questions about and to make certain that you are fulfilling all of the appropriate electrical codes that are unique to your area. Pegasus Lighting can provide the installation instructions for a particular lighting product that we offer but we cannot offer advice about the electrical codes in your area of the country.
In most cases, installation instructions can be found with the product that was ordered and on each of the product pages on our website in PDF format that can be printed.
Every person who has ever installed an electrical lighting system always assumes that he/she has installed the system correctly. However, errors can and have been made - even by the most experienced and professional licensed electrical contractors. Over the years our experience has been that the problem with a non-working lighting system can often be traced to a single error committed during the installation process. This is not to say that the lighting system itself cannot be bad. It can be the problem and occasionally is the problem. It is to say, however, that the installation process, more often than not, is the cause of a lighting system not working properly. For this reason when checking the installation of a lighting system it would be a good idea to have a different installer check the work that has been performed.
