This traditional-style bathroom exhaust fan with light includes beaded detail around its base and is offered in three finishes. It is very quiet and can be used in rooms up to 65 square feet and over a shower enclosure/bath tub with a GFCI circuit.

LIGHT FIXTURE

• Square Foot Coverage: for rooms up to 65 square feet
• Air Movement: no less than 70 CFM (cubic feet per minute)
• Very Quiet: sound levels no greater than 2.5 sones (A sone is a unit of perceived loudness. An exhaust fan rated at 4.0 sones is twice as loud as one rated at 2.0 sones. One sone is roughly equivalent to the sound produced by a quiet refrigerator.)

LIGHT BULBS

• Light Source: uses two 60-watt incandescent light bulbs (Lamps not included.)
• Easy to Clean & Relamp: glass cover can easily be removed for cleaning and relamping

ELECTRICAL FEATURES

• Motor/Blower: four-pole motor; 120 volts & 60 Hz power rating; motor equipped with thermal-cutoff; removable with permanently lubricated plug-in motor, polymeric blower wheel
• Electrical Characteristics: 140 watts, 1.17 amps
• Switching: this exhaust fan has 2 separate electrical devices (fan, light) that can be operated separately or together. If the user wants the fan and light to turn on and off together, then only one switch is required. If, however, the user wants the fan and light to operate separately, then a double toggle switch or a double "stacked rocker switch" that takes up the space of only one standard toggle switch can be used.
• UL Listed: for use over shower enclosure/bath tub with GFCI circuit (ground fault circuit interrupter)

INSTALLATION

• Key Dimensions: required ceiling opening: 7.25in x 7.75in; housing: 7.23in x 7.39in x 6.45in; cover: 12.62in diameter
• Housing: 26 gauge galvanized steel body; detachable 4.0in polymeric duct with built-in backdraft damper
• Easy to Install: pre-loaded fasteners allow for quick installation; removable wiring covers allows connections to be made outside of box; 24in adjustable slider bars included for easy installation. Please see the Installation Instructions (5.05MB).
